Guys, my recommender has not submitted the LOR because of an email problem. I have already submitted by application. Do we get some grace period for LOR submission?

do we need to submit application first or LOR first?

Does the recommender need to upload an another LOR pdf apart from answering given questions?

I don’t think so.. My recommender was able to submit the answers without the pdf and he didn’t get any warning messages

I feel if the school really needs an PDF, they will for sure block any submissions without a PDF

Does the recommender need to submit a letter of recommendation or when creating my application a link is sent to him to complete it? I haven't started my application. I want to finish first my essays before doing so. Any feedback???

The recommendation form says this - so it seems for ones who dont want to fill in all the questions can directly write and submit a letter. Can anybody confirm that?
