Hi everyone, I am looking for some guidance for the /Define your current role/ textbox in the employment section.
The prompt asks you to list your responsibilities, challenges and greatest achievement. How did my fellow applicants structure their responses? I am unsure whether I should write a standard essay or make a bulleted list...
In general, are there any online sources that anyone found helpful to guide the structure of their responses?

Hi everyone, Considering 2 rounds are already done for Oxford, how much sense does it make for an Indian applicant (over represented category) to apply in the third round? I’ve heard that usually they don’t take Indians in the third round, and have filled the class mostly.

Since their round 3 is in sync with round 2 at most other colleges, I believe they will account for many applications at this time
