anon62, it depends on the company. Some pay well, while others pay very less. Unpaid might be also the case but that is unlikely

Hi all, for the Oxford application question "Define your current role" there is a character limit of 5000 characters specified. Does anyone know if this is with or without spaces?

I am therefore wondering whether this is with or without spaces, as I am over the limit and need to make amendments accordingly. Any ideas? Can’t seem to find any official information!
