What is your relation to the Recommenders?(Manager. client etc): two managers 
Volunteering/Extra-curriculars: coach and mentor for refugees and young adults to find a job
International Experience : 2 years studying in the US, worked in 6 countries, traveled 25
Scholarship Given? : no
Why Oxford? : Oxford experience and value for money (it way my safe school) 
The motivation for MBA and why Now brief? : change career into gaming / entertainment focused VC
Did you use the help of an MBA Consultant? : no
Any comments, feelings, advice to share?: it was great to visit Oxford and get the experience for my interview. I declined the offer because it did not feel like the right place for me.

Under-Graduate GPA: 3.6x/4 (but uni doesn't do much grade inflation which I told adcom)
GMAT/GRE Test scores: 160V 166Q
Which Round did you apply in?: R1
Total Work Experience : A bit above 4 years at matriculation
Pre-MBA Industry : Equity research in a MM investment bank, and some entrepreneurship experience (didn't count this in WE years)
Target industry post-MBA: Social and traditional entrepreneurship (but open to other things like VC)
Brief about Work Experience : Had fast career progression in my ER role
What is your relation to the Recommenders?(Manager. client etc): Manager and client
Volunteering/Extra-curriculars: Strong undergrad ECs in a charity organization; currently heading a small, informal club
International Experience : Some international experience (but all in Asia)
Scholarship Given? : Yes (but wasn't awarded immediately)
Why Oxford? : I like GOTO and their social impact focus

Any comments, feelings, advice to share?: No curveball questions in the interview, so if you know yourself well and did research on the program, you should be fine.

Brief about Work Experience : 8 years in CSR, climate change adaptation, and labor practices in agricultural supply chains. Currently managing a team of 15 across 4 countries.

Volunteering/Extra-curriculars: Nothing super outstanding. Running team captain, lead a women's discussion group, volunteer with youth.

Brief about Work Experience : Work experience spread across 3 countries (India, Poland and UK) for a large multi-national. Key clients include 2 of the largest FMCG companies globally.
What is your relation to the Recommenders?(Manager. client etc): Ex-manager, cross-functional manager
Volunteering/Extra-curriculars: Led marketing for an Oxford based charity, organized several CSR events at work, represented Oxford tennis club in LTA matches and captained college Table Tennis team in State level tournaments.

The motivation for MBA and why Now brief? : After spending more than 9 years in FMCG consulting, I felt that my learning curve had started to flatten and I was too comfortable in what I was doing. I decided to explore other industries and narrowed down based on parts of my profile that I really liked. Based on my research, I felt that strategic consulting would be a good fit but MBA would be a pre-requisite.
