Got waitlisted as well. That already makes 5 of us… And I think it’s pretty safe to assume we don’t just randomly happen to represent 100% of the waiting list on this forum. Given this indication, is it normal for HEC (and business schools in general) to waitlist that many people in the last couple of rounds? Does this mean anything? Would be really great if anybody had some insight.

Mind you the program only has 250 spots in 5 rounds with other admissions tracks/options coming on top, so per regular decision round there’s probably less than 40 spots available, meaning it’s a waiting list exceeding 10% of admissions in the penultimate round…

Hi guys. I am planning to apply for MiM 2023 intake. My GMAT exam is scheduled on 20th July and I am aiming for 710+. Any tips on what to focus on while applying? Or what should be my approach in future? I also have 15 months of work-ex though

One of the most important parts is the oral with HEC

hey guys the ones from waiting list keep sending mails to the recruitment team of HEC paris this works because they keep remembering your name for the time to decide again who will be selected or who won’t

it’s what I am doing and it works

the recruitment team already know who I am and I have tried to schedule a meeting with them at Paris

Have they already admitted you? Have they said you any clue? How do you know it is working? Being too much instant could be a double edge sword. I think most of us will know something on July 1st when the round 5 results are coming out. It either can be accepted, rejected or continuing in the waiting list but at least we'll know something. Because two friends of I have done it like this and they already have been accepted

i think the university has seen their hudge interest for entering into this master

They have responded me

Saying they take into account my efforts

but nothing else

Does anyone have any new? My friends that have been accepted on Round 4 told me that today was the last day for confirming the spot so hopefully tomorrow some people will be called and accepted. Also today was the admissibility results date fro round 5 so maybe if HEC have scheduled less interviews than spots available some people will be accepted to. Let's see...

I have been accepted. At HEC paris this morning

so as Cmasias, said today they will start calling for people

I really recommend you do what I did because the university listens to their students and more if they see your attraction to enter at their program. Good luck to everyone
