I am not able to understand why comma is not present before and after the verb-ed phrase "intended to increase shelf life of vaccines". Please enlighten. Thanking you.

Hello Amandhanani2627,

We hope this finds you well.

To answer your query, "intended to increase shelf life of vaccines" is a past participle phrase that acts as an adjective on "process", so there is no reason to introduce it with a comma.

We hope this helps.
All the best!

I'm not a huge fan of option A since it ends with a generic "will remove the need for cold storage".......???

Remove the need for cold storage for anything and everything??

Option E is more specific - we can comprehend it as the process removing the need for the cold storage of vaccines

Any thoughts??
