So up to when should I wait? As the deadline is 3rd Nov. Would they be giving the call even after it?

Nope, it will be updated on the dashboard.
For Fuqua they sent initial email on the notification day. - 3rd Nov here
And the final status was updated on the decision release day. - Somewhere in Dec I believe check once , someone has pasted it above.
Rarely one receives an invite after not getting an interview.
