Dude, ISB PGP is indeed better for many profiles than IIMA PGPX. It depends on what program suits you the best.

­I don’t have joining letter either, as I was one of the first employees of this start-up. My last payslip does mention the joining date, so there’s no scope for confusion about the duration of my tenure. IIMs A, B, C told me on phone this would be sorted and not to worry. Just this ISB lady, she was rude and contemptuous and even mocked at me. I wonder why ISB couldn’t have someone kind and courteous for that role.­

compare it to a IIMA or IIMB process, they seemed so seamless, and ISB alwaays has a clout of uncertainty around it.

Generally it's 1 weekend per location, except if applicants are in huge numbers, esp. Mumbai and Hyderabad. But this time they messed up big time.
