Not at all weird, go ahead and send that text message/w-h-a-t-s-a-p-p. I did the same with my 2nd interviewer as she was not replying to any of my emails. She was pretty quick in responding to my w-h-a-t-s-a-p-p message and even thanked me that I reached out to her on w-h-a-t-s-a-p-p. While sending the message just mention that you tried to follow up through emails but since there was no response you are reaching out through the other channels that was provided by your Admission officer.

Did that, my interviewer answered back in a few seconds and confirmed he didnt use the email INSEAD gave me anymore.
Interesting coincidence our cases. Starting to believe that it's more than a coincidence lol
