Can you please let me know what were the different stages of application and the timelines that you experienced?

My understanding is that you apply first and then they ask you to submit your essays, if shortlisted.

Yes.
Stage 1 was about personal information regarding family, acads, work ex, gmat score and application fees.
Post which you get a stage 2 mail to schedule your interview date and slot. And plus essays, document and SOP submission with a 3 day deadline

and there was a 2 month gap between stage 1 and stage 2 mail, as you mentioned earlier, right?

WTH is happening with XLRI. They are not releasing the results at all. Was anyone able to contact & get tentative dates from them. I have raised multiple tickets but always they close stating please wait for results. I guess we all should raise ticket with them together so they can start working. I believe they are just delaying the results.

5-10 minutes.
Questions would be:
1. questions for current work experience only
2. questions would be to check on your academic knowledge (say if u mentioned u did finance certificates then they will ask some questions on same to test your knowledge)
