A historical society has a records management policy that aims to minimize costs and improve procedures in ways that are compatible with its mission. The firm's entire records management policy is diagramed in the flow chart.

From the drop-down menus, select the options that create the statement that most closely reflects the information provided.

Among the records that have a minimum retention period (MRP), those that the policy does NOT require to be microfilmed are all and only those that satisfy either or both of the following criteria: they [Dropdown 1]; they [Dropdown 2] years.
Please write all the drop-down options.

I got this in my practice test and I don't remember all the options and now it doesnt let me see during the score report review. I wrote down the ones that I remembered and the right answers. If anyone else could help with the complete options, I would be very grateful   :please:

chetan2u is the answer "they have an MRP of more than 10 years" for the first option and "they are viewed often" for the second option?

We want to cover everything that doesn't have microfilming option:
1. Views recorded often --> yes (More than 10 years)
2. Views recorded often ---> No (More than 10 years)
3. 5-10 years ---> Digitized
4. Less than 5 years (Both the option)

Hence, 1,3,4 needs to be covered
1. Views recorded more often (Yes) (will cover Point 1)
2. Atmost 10 years (Will cover 3 and 4)
