Excellent academics with NIT branding is definitely a plus. Operations background along with sports oriented profile can showcase a well rounded profile with leadership capabilities. I have done B.Tech from NIT.. working in a top mining n manufacturing firm for 5 yrs in india ...
UG CGPA: 8.2
XII: 94%
X: 10 CGPA. (95%)
Currently in Middle management level, 1 promotion, top performer for past 2 years. Have experience in Operations management, contract management. improvement initiatives, Enterprise Risk management. Lean six sigma certification. Have significant contributions to several impactful projects of company. Company cricket team captain, won several tournaments. Fitness enthusiast, have really inspiring story related to my fitness journey. Keen interest in singing, swimming etc..

Which NIT? Which branch? What are your career aspirations?

A total work experience of about 6.5 years where I’ve had 3 promotions. I started my journey as marketing executive and my last position was Founder’s Office Growth and Investor Relations Lead at a San Francisco based startup.

I have 5 years of volunteering experience at various NGOs

I’ve got best achiever award from college

I have medals in football

I’ve won a national level competition held at IIM A business summit in 2016

During the lockdown phase I started an online real estate consulting service through a YouTube channel where I curated content and acted as middle men between real estate agents and buyers. I did that thing for about 3 years while working a full time job

You have strong academics till graduation. While Accenture experience is generally well regarded, how many years of experience do you have? You should aim for atleast 700+ for classic or 655+ for FE. Ideal target should be 720+ or 675+. Overall results also depend on the way you articulate your goals and craft your essays. Make sure you are presenting a logical and structured narrative through your essays. Please also mention your B.Tech college and actual role at Deloitte for a more insightful evaluation. From the info provided, B.Tech GPA seems to be in the lower range, you’ll need a good GMAT score (at least 675) to make up for it. You’ll have to craft a solid persona combing your Deloitte experience with interest in financial markets and clearly articulating how ISB can help you achieve your post MBA goals. I need inputs on my profile below for my application for ISB. I scored 655 & 665 in my last 2 mocks respectively and writing my final GMAT in 2 weeks from now:
B.Tech – NIT Jaipur, Metallurgical Engineering
CGPA – 7.15
12th – 90.8%
10th – 92.8%

Work Experience – 10 years
Work history –
I have a mix bag of experience having worked across both consulting & brand side while handling sales, marketing analytics & consulting projects. I have also handled CRM & media reporting, ORM and worked closely with relevant stakeholder in improving operational efficiency via analytics driven insights. Experienced in enterprise level digital transformation through first party data generation, user acquisitions, data driven marketing & setting up data governance.

Extra Curricular –
District level hockey player, trained in theatrical skills, keen on learning about fitness & nutrition & fond of trekking.
