What’s the nature of your role with UP govt? Are you applying to R3 this cycle or preparing for the next cycle. Govt roles are usually valued as they add to the cohort diversity. Academics is on the weaker side so will have to be balanced with the right narrative and GMAT score. In R3, a lot also depends on the profile of applicants that have already received admits so far. Very tricky to recommend a GMAT score with the information shared but you should broadly target 665+ to achieve a balanced profile. There is no set pattern. Applications are processed in batches and shortlists accordingly communicated on a rolling basis. Usual factors such preferred location, mode of interview, panel availability also play a role .
