Good academics. Decent GMAT score. Core experience in EV R&D sector is like gold dust at the moment. You should play that to your strengths in the application. You have a good chance of getting an interview call provided your application is well articulated. Very difficult to comment on the chances for scholarship. In terms of transitioning into product space, if you relate it to the EV/Automotive sector that would be a more logical and agreeable narrative

Good academics. JP Morgan is a good brand to have. Given your software development experience, a lot would also depend on your goals post MBA and if that aligns well with what ISB can offer. Aspects about Spur and Freelancing can add a good dimension to your profile. Your work-ex tenure and GRE score are on the lower side compared to the median so rest of your application needs to be really strong for you to stand out. If you are confident of at least 20-30 points improvement in your GMAT score then it would make sense to re-take the exam and apply in R2. If not and rest of your application is already ready, apply in R1. All other aspects in terms of work-ex is good and I’m sure multiple leadership instances from 10 yrs of experience can be brought out in your essays.
