Have a question around the interview process.
Does anyone have stats around what % of candidates selected for interview get dinged? Just trying to understand how much weight the interviews hold. I know they are super important for the school to match the person with the profile and if everything looks right.
But what do people think?
Looking at the past trends, we feel approx. 40-50% (can vary) of the interviewed candidates receive an offer. If you’re invited, the school sees good potential in you. They seem to have a highly selective approach, where interviews play a decisive role in assessing not just fit but also communication skills, leadership potential more. A weak interview can be hurtful, so thorough preparation is the key, it's important the way you radiate global mindset, and why LBS is right for you. With more responses on this, we might understand it better, until we have the exact stats from the school... : )
