Number of applicants from the EWS and OBC-NC categories will be very low, I assume

See, its not officially mentioned, but each year certain preference is from candidates from those background. Lot of them go to service back.
Secondly I said General Male working in Pvt sector. Not all general male.

If candidates is low, then everyone who applies in those category, will have very high chances of getting in.
