Will the admissions decisions come out all on the same day in January for R2 or could some come in earlier?

My second interviewer’s availability changed, and AdCom is trying to find their replacement. I have been waiting to be matched with the second interviewer for the last 10 days, and given the interview deadline mentioned in the email is 20 Dec, I am getting concerned. Have you faced a similar issue, and how did you deal with it?

You should ask your adcom what to do?

I rotated through 4 not avail interviewers before I finally managed to get 2 that I did back to back interviews with. I got admitted R1. So don't be too stressed, just make sure to immediately message your interviewer to setup a time, give them 3 days, if no response message AO

I just got matched with an alum with 28-30 years of work ex. This seems a little high. Did any of you interview with an older alum, and how was your experience? I am not being ageist, but I am still slightly concerned. haha

No issues honestly, I am an Alumni interviewer for LBS and all interviewers have the same list of questions and expectations of notes to be taken by Adcom etc. The process is standardised so honestly no worries.
