I actually quite like your background. Instead of worrying about your college's ranking, think about how you have taken a relatively unconventional area of study and turned it into a fantastic launchpad for opportunities within global consulting projects. On top of that, you are a woman working in a relatively male-dominated field, including on-site assignments. If you pitch your candidacy well and talk about your future plans thoughtfully, you are going to be far more appealing than at least 50% of the competition. Try to get upwards of a 665 to stay competitive. Of course, the higher, the better. But your work experience will likely carry much more weight in your application than your test score, rather than the other way around, so that is a very conducive position to be in.
I would love to advise you further should you reach out. I would also recommend exploring some of the top business schools in Europe with a more targeted consulting focus.

Ruchie12 Happy to advise. Your profile's strength is driven largely by your career growth progression narrative, which means how consistently you have been entrusted with incremental responsibilities, and for relatively younger MBA candidates, ahead of time. The second factor that impacts it is your brand association. So, if you have worked at feeder companies to top MBA programs, or you have worked with clients who are top players in the respective fields where you see your future, then that is also a strong position to be in.
From what you have shared here, I can't really infer much, so I hope you can self-evaluate while keeping the above in mind. At the same time, the patents do show potential for demonstrating depth in your line of work, but again, this narrative must somehow seem relevant to your post-MBA goals. Only then will they carry weight toward a positive admissions decision.
There is nothing as "sufficient work experience for ISB." I have worked with mentees who went to ISB with 2 years of experience, the lowest in the class, as well as those who went in with over 15 years of experience. Every candidate has a unique journey to follow, and whether you think the time is right in your career, with your MBA/PGP readiness being at its peak, will matter more than anything else.
What you have shared is just not enough for targeted feedback on possible improvements, but feel free to speak one-to-one if you would like my inputs.
