Yeah, I second Tradeoff. Give them a call. It's nerve-wracking.

Although I suspect that if it's a decision letter, it can only mean one thing. I'm sorry to be a pessimist, I do hope I'm wrong.

My hope is that for those of us getting the "blank screen" it means that the system is getting an error trying to access a different message. Most likely would be a deferral to round 2, since none of us getting the blank screen appear to have been interviewed. I was deferred last year, which is almost worse than a ding.

Anyone have any luck getting through to AdCom?

Well, i have to admit - MIT people are smart - they send out all the dings right before they go on vacation so no one can bother them with phone calls.

Just called. The office is going to be closed until next week. I tried entering a service request - didnt work from Firefox or IE.

same here ... i guess the difference with the other dings was that this one was for reapplicants.

This is the only college which rejected me w/o an interview call. Atleast better than those who rejected after an interview or waitlisted after a good interview.
