As a tip from R1 - you may not get much advance warning of your interview (approx 2 weeks). You'll be asked to give an official copy of your undergraduate transcript to your interviewer - so if your undergraduate institution takes a bit of time to process such requests, best to ask for an official copy now!
i am an applicant from india and many indians would know, most of the indian universities don't issue "official" transcripts multiple times. in the past what i have done is, make photocopies of the "official" transcripts and have the photocopies notarized by a public notary.

Yes, I was in the same situation and that's what I did (and was admitted).. However, they will need to verify these notarized copies before matriculation.

I emailed the admissions office about the scholarship timeline. The response was "If you are a scholarship or fellowship recipient you will be notified by the end of February".

Just verify, does this depend on whether you have or have not accepted Sloan's acceptance offer? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm assuming not since accepted applicants need to compare offers amongst schools?
I have a humanities background (in undergrad) but I have also completed the CFA examinations. I'm a little surprised at being asked to take the Economics course as I feel the CFA covers many economics concepts. Is anyone else in similar shoes?

You should probably send an email to admissions asking them to waive this requirement. I personally think that CFA exams already cover what you will learn in a micro-econ class.

Word on the street is, they will be coming early to mid March. That's later than most other schools' R2 invities. Two friends waiting for replies have independently told me this.
