I agree. The wait is excruciating. Do people really see value in the phone call ? Btw, I have applied to 3 of the 4 schools you have applied!

I go back and forth between hope and despair, but for what it's worth: The facebook group has 20 members, 4 of whom are Dartmouth employees. So only 16 admits have joined the facebook group as of about 6pm EST when the last members were added. I would think it a pretty conservative estimate that 1/3 of all early action admits would have joined the facebook group immediately (lets say 1/3 are ho-hum about their acceptance or are non-facebookers, and 1/3 have facebook blocked at work). That means 48 admits today. Any way I calculate it, it seems like 100 admits from EA should be about a minimum. So.... less than half of all admits have been contacted. If you are a US applicant you can also note that there are only about 5 obviously American names in the group, so there will have to be more Americans admitted tomorrow. Let's keep hoping and wait till 5PM to slit our wrists
