Us applicant here: I just missed a call from a 603 number at 12:08 eastern time. Traced it back and it's Hanover admissions. Called it back, no answer! Thoughts?

It appears so, but it is early. Figure that admissions is open until 5pm and that the drop dead date is tomorrow. It certainly is nerve racking, but hope persists. That said, I am a bit spooked to know that they've made a call to a U.S. student. Anyhow, there must be more... keep positive.

Congrats. I'm in the same situation, algo got the call last week with some money.
I am from Brazil. I believe they called everyone from latin america back then.
