No, no mention of the fellowship in the voicemail. He basically just congratulated me, introduced himself, gave his call-back number, and asked me to call him back when I had a chance.

Did anyone receive a call from the associate dean and not get a fellowship offer?

Interview date 11/28. Recommenders disappeared. I got a call but didn't hear anything about scholarship and didn't ask them either. I will call them tomorrow if I don't receive any email about scholarship today.

Got the call 11:45 PST from the Dean of Admissions - admission and fellowship $$$. He said an alum will reach out to me soon, and talked about upcoming events. BTW - from what I understand this was just an early admissions release. It does not mean those that did not hear from them are dinged. To those who are still waiting - don't lose hope yet, there are probably more reviews and more interviews in January.

Congrats everyone!! I'm in too, interviewed via skype in November and got the call from the dean ($80K fellowship, I'm in shock). Now it's decision time. Best of luck to everyone still waiting to hear!!
