I've got my interview on Tuesday. My plan was to wear a suit, is this what others are doing or is business casual recommended? Anything else we need to bring other than a resume?

Congratulations! Good luck!

I would wear a suit. Even if schools say dress is business casual, most interviewees still tend to opt for a suit. If you feel relatively overdressed, you could always take off your suit jacket.

Bring a copy of your resume just in case they don't have it. Beyond that, just make sure you know where the admissions office is :)

My UCLA interview was one of the most relaxed, straight forward interviews I've done. Obviously know why you want an MBA and why you want to go to Anderson, but beyond that not too many questions out of left field, if any!

I would definitely suit up. I visited the campus in November and there was a guy there being interviewed who wore a suit. I have my interview in a few weeks and will be wearing a suit.

Seems a lot of ppl advocating for the suit, so I will play the Devil's advocate. Go with whatever you are most comfortable with...I am not a big suit guy so I just went the shirt and tie, but it seems like you want to go with the suit so I would second arien and say that is fine because you can easily lose the jacket.
West coast schools tend to me much more informal in that sense then their East coast counterparts so I doubt any school would judge you for not wearing a suit (as long as you are business casual).

I also enjoyed my Anderson interview, which may help make a decision in the end....well, that and the money.

GL! If I do end up at Anderson I want a great class, so give it your all!

It may be possible to get an interview in April, but it sure isn't likely. I'm giving up all hope if I don't hear anything by the end of this week.

It is all fairly standard...I did mine over skype and just wore a shirt with a tie. The questions are the typical why mba, why anderson and behavioral questions. Read up on it through the wiki page and past pages in this forum...many many actual interview questions have been posted. More than anything, relax and be yourself.

Hey don't loose hope so easily, many R1 wait-listed applicants receive their interview invitations just few hours after they received the waitlist letter, anything could happen only if you keep faith.
