R1 wait-listed people, what's happening? Did anyone hear anything?

Did u receive an interview after being waitlisted? I'm about to do it tmr. Anyone done the interview and got off the list?

I had my interview back in December.

Had my interview yesterday. It went well, but still I'd imagine I'm going to be in limbo until they've reviewed R2 and R3 applicants. Traditionally how does Anderson handle R1 waitlisters?

OK, I just registered for the Fellowship reception on the 27th and Admit Preview Day on the 28th. Apparently there is a TED talk we're invited to on APD, so that sweetens the deal a bit. Looking forward to seeing some of you there. And best of luck to the remaining applicants!

I have my on-campus interview next week so I'm still preparing. In previous years, it looks like some waitlisters had decisions rendered 2-3 weeks after their interview while others had to wait until the R2 decision date and even as late as July. Hopefully, we can get some concrete answers sooner rather than later as deposit deadlines at other schools are rapidly approaching...

Im a rd 1 wl. I'm interviewing in a little while. Just passing the time here so I don't psych myself out. I'm curious too how long until we get decisions back.

I've read that you should treat a skype interview the same way you would treat an in-person interview so I would think that a suit or shirt and tie would be appropriate.

Have any R2 Indian applicants received an invite yet?

Havnt heard of any. People report that few international invites went out, but have not heard of any by GC members! Does UCLA send any mail or notification to confirm whether the application is complete? I have not heard anything from UCLA since the time of submission.
