I think, he isn't visiting Gmatclub anymore or that much. Best way to practice those above mentioned strategies can be doing as much RC questions as possible from Official Guides (both Main & Verbal Review). And, also can be visiting VeritasPrep blog and/or possibly enrolling with one of their courses as strategies mentioned above were learnt by him from VeritasPrep.

I did my prep from Veritas as well and you don't need any specific RC to practice this strategy. You can pick up any RC you want but keep a few things in mind.

1. Do not skim - While you can skip some unnecessary details in the RC as mentioned here, skimming a good portion of RC is unwise.
2. Veritas discourages writing down notes.
3. It is a little difficult to apply STOP on RCs with only 1 Paragraph.

While above 3 points were from my strategy book, following is what STOP says:

1. At the end of every paragraph, apply STOP strategy i.e. answer the following:
i) Is there any Tone in the paragraph?
ii) What information is given in this para? Don't go in details here.
iii)What is the purpose of this para? Why is this paragraph written?
This exercise should take about 5 Seconds.

2. After performing #1 for every paragraph, Summarize the whole Passage i.e.
i) What is the Scope of the Passage?
ii) Is there any Tone in Passage?
iii) How is the information organized? or What info is give in each paragraph..
iv) The Primary Purpose of the Passage.

There are a lot of benefits of this strategy and the biggest one among them is that you don't have to spend additional time for questions about Primary Purpose and Tone. Moreover, finding info for detail oriented question gets faster because you already know what info is given in which para.
