Yes, it can be pretty frustrating but don't lose hope, just make sure that the mistakes are not repeated next time.
A few points:
a) Your 3 hour drive is definitely having an impact on your score. No matter how much you try to disregard the physical exhaustion, it brings down your efficiency. I don't know if you have any way of reducing the travel time but do not underestimate this point.
b) Are you sitting down continuously for 4 hrs during your practice tests? Conditioning is the most important factor here: take a look at my blog post on this.
c) To me, you should go for another try. A 100 point difference is too much too ignore. And you already have a higher than average experience + an MBA, so you really do not want a lower than average GMAT.
