Hi,
I am planning for to join B school for 2014 August and i am preparing for the GMAT exam. I just want to know when would be the correct time for me to take the GMAT exam so that i wont miss any B schools dead lines.
Like what would be the best time to take the exam for round 1 of applications (I know B schools have diff dates but approximate dates would be fine.)
Like the round 1 please tell me the approx date to take the exam for round 2 also.
I am a non native and i need to take TOFEL too.
I am with 3 Years of exprience in IT industry.
Please help me.

So if you haven't taken the GMAT yet, you're going to hard pressed to apply to R1. R1 deadlines wrap up near the late October/early November time frame and that would mean, even if you took the GMAT by the middle of next month, that you'd have less than 2 months to put forward all your apps.
It isn't impossible, but to answer your question, the right time is as soon as possible. If you need to take the TOEFL too, then you really need to get a move on.
Honestly, at this point, you should realistically plan for R2 deadlines. Others may disagree and I know applicants that have done it in less time, BUT - don't try to cram in applications in R1 if you're not ready.

One more doubt if round 2 wat wuld be the Final dates to take GMAT exam.
Is both the round 1 and round 2 will be the same for application purpose?
