Hey there,

You have a little more leeway with R2 dates. However, I'd still suggest getting the GMAT over with by the end of September at the latest. That would give ~2.5 months for your applications.

I mean, really, just get the GMATs out of the way sooner rather than later. Because if you take it at the end of September and don't get the score you were looking for, then you'll have to retake it which will push you back even further.
