Hi,

I solicit your help in finding the best colleges as per my profile and based on chances of admission into those colleges. I would be thankful to you if you can provide any insight on this prospect.

B.E (Engg) in Electronics and Telecommunication - 70% from JNV UNIVERSITY
High School (12th): 82%
10th: 88% (Stood First in my school and was in top 25 in the state) 
ISTQB - certified Tester (Foundation Level) 
NCFM certified in Finance module 
NCFM certified in MacroEconomic module

-- Co-ordinate with New York based front office team for requirement collection and reporting.
-- Requirement analysis for new enhancement and preparing requirement traceability matrix.
-- Perform data analysis over trading trends to create management reports.
-- Perform post production defects analysis to create reports for higher management.
-- Quality assessment of core trade accounting and Investor relation applications.
-- Identifying business processes that are ideal candidate for automation.
-- Responsible for signing off and user acceptance testing for Investor relation application.
-- Responsible for maintenance of Selenium and Jmeter based automation framework.
-- Part of recruitment pre-assessment team that assesses applicant’s resume.
-- Arrange KT sessions and mentor new joinees about project needs.
-- Have worked for complete application re-write up project in which I was responsible for test planning and impact analysis of the new application in the enterprise application map. This project forfeits requirement of renewing license for third party application and in turn saves $70,000 per license for the firm.

-- Worked on SAP test automation project for an European client. Our team automated 923 SAP business flows for regression testing. The automation of the business processes enable to complete testing of the project in a week, activity which used to take 4 weeks of manual testing efforts.
-- Offshore coordinator and point of contact for SAP- STP process area of a project for 8 months.
-- Guided new joinees to ramp them up for the project requirements.
-- Developed macro-enabled Excel reporting system, which is used by project manager to communicate current project progress to the clients.
-- Worked with pre-sales for preparing estimation while bidding for the maintenance activity of the project that we developed.

International Experience: 
-- Does not have experience of working on foreign soil but have worked closely with clients from Europe, Southeast asia, mexico and US.
-- For the current project assignments, I communicate and coordinate almost on daily basis with team operating from new york.

-- Was president of student assembly for my senior secondary school during 2001-02.
-- A member of various organizing committee during my school as well as college time such as Techfest ‘ENCARTA’ organizing committee for year 2007-08, farewell organizing committee, Nouveau , the cultural fest, organizing team etc.
-- Awarded as STAR Infoscion for excellence during Infosys foundation training program. I won Shipwreck competition during my training at Infosys leadership Institute.
-- Scored 4.99 GPA out of 5 in Infosys training program.
-- Awarded as Most Valuable player during Q4 of 2010-11 fiscal year.

Other Works:
-- Worked as freelancer for ‘Dreamsncolors’ organization, which sells sells miniature paintings and crafts in state of Rajasthan. Created business development strategy for the organization.

There are few schools that I am currently targeting considering the coursework that those universities are offering in field of data/business analysis and strategic management. Followings are those schools.

6) Kellogg School of business
7) Darden School of business
8) Boston University

Please suggest if these colleges can be a suitable as per my profile and GMAT score. 
Please classify options as safe, medium and Ambitious.
I am open for good management school outside US as well. Please suggest few of the good colleges outside US also.

An IT professional with 680 GMAT from India will be a pretty common profile in the applicant pool, but your target schools are reasonable for the most part with a few stretch schools, and a few which should be achievable with a well crafted application:

1) HEC Paris - reasonable shot
2) USC, Marshall school of business - reasonable shot
3) Tepper School of business - reasonable shot
4) McCombs School of Business - reasonable shot
5) Sauder School of Business - safety
6) Kellogg School of business - stretch
7) Darden School of business - stretch
8) Boston University -good shot

It would be challenging to pull off more than 8 applications in one season especially considering the fact you should not be asking anyone to do recommendations for more than 3 or 4 schools tops. Your post MBA vision will play largely into your admissibility, so if you are looking for IT consulting or IT management, you would be best positioned. HAve you considered GA Tech MBA? It's a small program, but you might consider their Part time program which is far more lenient on admissions standards.

I applied to following university in first round but could not get any admit till now. Followings are the details

1) Emory - Reject (R1)
2) McDonough - Probably reject - as do not receive interview call till now ( R1)
3) Boston university - Probably reject - as do not receive interview call till now ( R1)
4) Cox - Reject 
5) Merage (UCI) - Interview done - Result awaited 
6) Ivey - Interview done - Result awaited 
7) Sauder - application submitted 
8) Foster - Application submitted ( R2) - File completed on 27th Nov. have not received till now.

As I have not received any admit till now, so I wish to apply to few of the easy options. Please let me know few colleges which can be good fit for my profile.
Please suggest options into US and Canada both.

if you are looking for easier admit optoins, try part time programs in the top25 for quality, or look at schools ranked from 25-50 in the fulltime list of Business Week.
