Work Experience:
2011 to Present (3 Years):
First six months as Supply Chain Management Trainee at a large international soft drink company and received earlier-than-usual promotion.
Rest 2.5 years as Logistics Supervisor (Assistant Mgr Level) at the same company. Expecting a promotion to Manager Level these days.
Co-responsible for managing a budget of around 30 Million USD with six logistics execution teams across the country.
GRE Score: 326
GMAT: Currently preparing and targeting 730
College Info
Undergrad from a top university in the country (2011), Finance, (most competitive major at Uni with lowest GPA cutoff at 3.3 for getting in)
GPA: 3.74 out of 4 (in a relative grading system, top 5% of my class)
Nationality: Pakistani, Age: 25
Community Service:
Initiated a social start-up, which was internationally recognized by my company as winner of a social initiative competition from a pool of various projects from ten countries. Involved connecting volunteers from corporate sector to students in under-resourced areas with technology. Currently involved in increasing the scale of the same project.
Volunteering for career counselling and soft-skill training of 9th grade kids in underprivileged areas for the past two years. These days, leading a group of 20 volunteers as school coordinator. I am the youngest school coordinator and also youngest of all the mentors I am leading (their median age is 30 years).
Extra curriculars
At an student research club
Led a team of 4 students to research and present a case for bio-gas production in a national level competition. Runners up!
Started a guest lecture series through video conference, inviting prominent economists to address the university student body
At entrepreneurship club
Raised funding through sponsorships for a weeklong event from corporate sector. Also trained and coached a team of three students to do the job for next year

Dream Schools
Top 10 Schools like Harvard, Wharton, Booth, Kellog and Stanford
I am planning to apply this Fall, preferable to at least two schools in the first round.
My post MBA goal is to work in Management Consulting, especially on operations side.

Assuming good execution on recommendation and application part, do I stand a chance at these schools? or should I focus on top 20 or second tier schools?

You have a competitive profile for your target programs and are aiming appropriately. You may want to also consider a program like CMU Tepper or Duke, which send are strong in your area of interest, but may not (depending on the ranking) be in the top 10.
