Sure thing! As for your questions...

1. Yes, GPA is absolutely still a consideration. One standardized test won't wash away 4 years of academic performance. Now, to be clear, they are two separate data points that are both considered by the AdComm. Does a solid GMAT help a low GPA? Absolutely! Does that mean the AdComm forget about a low GPA? I'm afraid not. At the end of the day, the schools are looking to optimize the median GMAT AND median GPA.

2. If by "secure" you mean guarantee - I'm afraid there is no good answer for you...at least I don't have one (if you find someone who can, please do tell!) 720 puts you at a GREAT spot for your the schools you're listing. It will boost your chances significantly. If this is your last hoorah at going after an MBA, why not give it everything you got? At this stage, a lot of your "stats" and accomplishments are fixed except for your GMAT. Boosting this score and putting together a killer application with a compelling narrative are your next steps.

Out of the schools in the lower range - I like McCombs or Goizueta for you. Best of luck this upcoming season! Let us know if you'd like to chat to see if we can help.
