Thanks for the additional details! It sounds like you're in the midst of ironing our your goals and the type of things your looking for post MBA, which is a good thing! Note that right now, your goals are quite generic. Everyone seeking an MBA hopes to 1) enhance career prospects and 2) switch careers (at least for the full-time folks). That being said, we need to make sure you stand out! Of course, as you mentioned, it's key to tell a believable, compelling story, so reviewing your skills, functional experience, and industry experience is a great place to start to see what options align best for you. Ultimately, you will need to settle on your goals and refine your story. The more specific you can be, the better.

The score of 700 on your GMAT offers you opportunities at mostly tier 2 schools with tier 1 schools being on the fringe of stretch if not completely in the stretch category. Geography could be a big decision for you if you have hopes of working in EU as opposed to the US. Hope this helps and best of luck!
