I wanted to receive a profile evaluation for my application to Harvard and INSEAD in R1 this year. now that I have completed my GMAT. Hope you can help!

Gender: Male
Nationality: Dutch (Netherlands)
GMAT: 760 (Q49, V44)
Work Experience: 61 months at matriculation
Career Experience: 5 years experience in general management & marketing/business development. Based in New York City. 2 promotions at first job (in 2 years) before moving to current position at my new job (also a promotion). Responsible for building out an Account Management team at global digital agency. During undergrad, I interned (and worked part-time after my internship) at American Express in Amsterdam, Netherlands and wrote my dissertation at their Operational HQ in Brighton, UK - while also working in a full-time position.
Undergrad degree: Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Management)
Undergrad GPA: 7.31/10 (Satisfactory/good) - believe it is similar to a 3.0-3.3 GPA in US
Important information: Studied abroad in Sweden for 6 months - International Business minor. Completed my dissertation in Brighton, UK (for American Express)
Additional coursework: Post-graduate certificate in International Business Practice (12-month graduate exchange program) in New York
Harvard Business Publishing courses: Spreadsheet Modeling, Finance and Financial Accounting
International Experience: Worked in: Amsterdam (Netherlands), Brighton (United Kingdom) and New York City (USA).

Sharing your motivations and interests that has led you to this point thus far, and how it will propel you towards your post-MBA goals is essential. Personal anecdotes and details of your ability to lead, face challenges, and handle adversity could also help show the outstanding/unique elements you can bring to the program. Articulating how you can contribute and benefit from the MBA program by identifying specifics would also show your self-awareness and keen interest in your target programs (Harvard/INSEAD). These are all important to communicate.
