Hi,
I am an Indian IT professional with 4+years of experience as a Business Analyst. Currently working in India in a US based product management IT firm with opportunities of travelling onsite to US for projects.
I have done my undergrad in business management specializing in Finance with 7 GPA out of 10 and followed it up with an MBA Finance from one of the descent business schools in India with GPA of 6.3 on 10. Also have certifications in Financial Programs related to securities, equity research certified by the national stock exchange, India.
I want to give a boost to my profile and also looking to switch my profile hence last year I planned to prepare for GMAT in pursuit of an MBA from one of the top B schools. Currently I am hovering around the 650 score level for GMAT and plan to appear in a month or so. My target score is 700-740 and hence would be working towards it. Now I am yet to decide on the program that I would like to pursue but have a vague idea that it would be mostly in either Finance or Product Management owing to my experience. I am also considering the option of going for an analytics based program since that is one of the most sought after profiles at present and is a growing domain.
Kindly let me know based on my profile what would be the best options for me as far as the B schools to apply are concerned and what would be the suggested programs that I could pursue.

Thanks for sharing your background with us. Ultimately, school selection is dependent upon your goals. You should target different schools based on the field you want to enter - product management is different from finance which is different from general management/strategy. Also, I'd recommend looking at different schools depending on whether you want to live in the US vs. abroad (EU or India).
Yes I agree. However I would request you to suggest a certain set of B schools that I will be eligible to apply considering my profile and a GMAT score between 650-700 as well as around 720 level. You could specify schools based on general management and finance.
