I’m a 30 years old male from India, currently residing in New Delhi and working in an Oil & Gas engineering company
Academic profile:
Class X: 90.3% (ICSE/Year- 2003)
Class XII: 89.8% (ISC/Year 2005)
B. Tech: 8.19 CGPA from CET, Bhubaneswar (Mechanical Engineering/Year 2009)
Work Experience:
• 7.5 years in an Oil and Gas engineering company (Public sector undertaking).
• I’m presently working in the Equipment division and involved in the design, engineering and procurement of equipment and mechanical packages for Refinery & Petrochemical complexes, LNG
Re-gasification terminals etc.
• My current work involves frequent interaction with Clients from End-user companies, equipment suppliers and EPC Contractors.
• I have been also involved in international Oil and Gas Projects in Indonesia, Nigeria, Bangladesh, some of which are still under execution phase.
Extra-Curricular
• Avid quizzer
• Active Trader in Equity, Equity derivatives and Commodities
GMAT: Haven’t appeared yet. However, I’m targeting a score of 700+. Planning to give my GMAT in October.

As your experience is 7.5 years . You can target for 1 year MBA.
few B schools which offers 1 year MBA are ISB India, INSEAD , IMD, IME etc...
Generally people choose 2 years MBA , either with lesser experience or to change profile.

A) Your 10 -12 grades are irrelevant. Nowhere in the application process would you be asked to present those.
B) I mean no disrespect but first, do your homework, figure out a set of schools that you'd like to attend and then ask for a profile evaluation. Others can then comment on your chances at those institutions.
C) B-school adcoms take a holistic view of the application. Work experience is just one component of that process. You need to think about what else you have done in your community that you could put in the application.
