I was hoping you could provide some insight on my profile. I would like to get an idea of what schools I should consider applying to. Schools on my shortlist are: UCLA, McCombs, Duke, Foster, Owen. This is a very fluid list and willing so add/delete based on recs.
25 year old White Male
BBA Finance and Management from a probably not well known state uni: 4.0 GPA
GMAT: 650 (Q 44, V36)
WE : Will have 4 years at Merrill Lynch as a financial advisor and analyst for two Global Institutional Consulting teams
Community : Serve on the Board of Directors for three organizations: Big Brothers Big Sisters of NM, BBBS Foundation, and the 20-30 Club (a childrens charity non-profit).
Post MBA goals - Transition to work in either marketing or consulting, haven't decided exactly what yet (but I will by applications).

Thanks for sharing your profile very well balanced list of schools for your profile. Your GMAT is not great but it is in range for most of the schools you are targeting. Focus on really connecting with admissions and current students at these programs. Making a strong showing of fit for these schools will really help you stand out
