Hello razordude1717,

Your friend has a really great profile for an MBA - looks like she's done really well at work with some terrific accomplishments plus the recognition from work. Also some great leadership experience which is a key criteria for MBA programs. Looks like she also has a lot of extra curricular involvement in sports which would appeal to b-schools - also plus some awards for that. What about other community work/volunteering? Does she have any of that as this too can be a strong selling point for b-schools.
Since she is coming from the Indian demographic, her GMAT score needs to be very high to compete with her applicant pool.
Though you didn't say which schools she was interested in. If the top 10 ish schools she should aim for a high 700s score with over 75/80th percentile on quant and verbal for her to stay competitive. If she can't get the score above 700, then she might want to consider some schools that are less competitive. Always nice to go for some 'reach' schools but always apply to some safety schools as well.
But I really love the well-roundedness of her profile which will make her stand out.
If she would like to get a free consultation from us where we will walk through her profile and CV, then help choose which schools might be a good fit for her, please refer her to the link below.
Thanks for reaching out
