Hi Experts,

I just retook the GMAT and have an unofficial score of 740 (Q50 V40 and IR4). I didn't do well in the IR section mainly because of the unresponsive calculator and the subsequent time lags during the GMAT online exam. Below are my questions-
Q1- Is my first attempt score, 720 (Q50 V37 and
IR8), better than this attempt's score? If yes, shall I write to the GMAC to cancel my 740 score so that I can get another shot at the GMAT online (I read in some posts that this is possible)?
Q2- How critical is the IR score for me to get into the Top US MBA colleges?
Kindly help.
Siddharth
