My list includes:
Mcmaster, schulich, concordia, alberta,mcgill, UBC.

While we consistently maintain that the GMAT/ GRE scores are just ONE of the factors considered for admissions, for the session beginning Fall 22 (Class of 2024, Schulich's lowest GMAT score admitted was higher than your current score, although the application pool was 4X larger than other years. For the others in your list, your general list is quite ok, but you will need a very Strong application, Coherent essays, Career Goals etc.

Hi

I gave my gmat today
640- (Q50,V27,IR4)

Official mock1- 630 (Q48,V28,IR3)
Official mock2 -640 (Q47, V30, IR6)

Quant was quite manageable and was on a easier side compared to gmat club tests.

In verbal, RCs were short but difficult and SC was meaning based.

Max in any mock I have scored V33 till now.

Applying for Canadian universities

Should I give gmat once more?

Profile:
Indian- bba graduate
Gpa- 3.03/4
Experience- more than 3 years
- business head- state wise- fmcg- distribution

Volunteering experience- 2 years

Hi MandeepBanga

You should know that your GMAT score is either equal to or below the average GMAT of the schools that you have listed. So you may consider taking GMAT again if you see any scope of improvement which I am sure you do.

Your GPA is not supportive enough to compensate for your lower GMAT score. Also, 3 years work experience is just the borderline case to get you qualified. So if you really want to improve your chances then go for another GMAT attempt after assessing the areas of improvement and working on them.

Plus one more downside is your 15 years of education against the requirement of 16 years of education at some of the universities.

With all mentioned downside, your improved GMAT score can be a saviour.

I wouldn't recommend applying to HEC Montreal with the current length of work experience. Schulich will be under reach if GMAT score is 660 or above. McGill and UBC will expect score in range of 700 or above. McMaster can be applied though. I hope this help! :)

We help candidates with GMAT score improvement and building strong application essays. You can reach for further discussion if you please. :)
