Hi,
Could someone please evaluate my profile for LBS and Said.

Gender and Age: M,32
Acads : 10th and 12th - 87% and 77%
BSc Physics(Hons.) - 74% from Delhi University in 2012
GMAT- 720(q49,v38)
Work experience: 10 years.
Others: co-founder of NGO working in various states in field of education, certified career counselor

Working as Civil Servant in Ministry of Finance in Government for 8 years. Earlier experience of 2 years in the banking sector.
Managed policy related work and tax administration throughout country.

International experience: None.

Reason for MBA:
Short term goals : To move into corporate strategy ,relationship management or product management in IT or Finance .
Long term goal of taking leader ship roles in Financial Services.
I have gained good experience and knowledge on Banks and financial systems.
Working with various stakeholders, i have gained both bottom-up and top-down view of product development in Banks and financial institutions.
I feel that I am now better placed to lead large projects, client and teams in a more effective way.

mayanksgmat , a few thoughts on your profile evaluation and plans.

The academic arc is decent as DU is not unknown (the specific college matters however), though the GPA is modest and may need to be put into perspective. The GMAT score is ok but really depends on the type of programs you are targeting of course. 
  The professional profile is intriguing overall but will depend on the actual impact of your work. It gets tough to show accelerated trajectory in the govt machinery - have you had any? The transition from government to private is best managed within India in our experience. If that works for you, ISB and the 3 IIM one year programs would be worth looking at, even though for ISB, you'll be an outlier.  
  On that note, do bear in mind that MBA after 30 is tricky and you'll face   these challenges  . Make sure to factor these in your plans. This will play in when thinking about LBS/Oxford. They also value international experience quite a lot. In Europe, IMD/Judge could be better to consider.  
  Top schools also look for evidence of strong   extracurricular and volunteer efforts  . The non-profit bit can be very useful here, provided of course that there is sufficient scale/impact there.
