Is the reason e is correct that "To hear" and "is to be" are parallel?

E is the best choice, i'm not sure if this gets classified as parallelism, but "To hear . . . is to be" is the best structure for this sentence, compared to "To hear . . . is being" or "Hearing . . . is to be"
Also, "seemingly" is an adverb that describes the adjective "limitless" so that rules out A and C as well
