E should be the answer
we need "as" for putting examples so we can rule out A and B
also parallelism is oki in E
C and D are wrong for incorrect parallelism

meaning of the sentence:
The majority of expenditure to fight vector borne diseases have been fouced on 2 things:
Immunization of human and obileration of the carriers with a pesticide.
Two examplles of diseases have been presesnted. Malaria and dengue
Error Ananlysis.
Subject and Verb:
Majority of expenditures. majority is a quantity word,which means more then one, hence the verb must be plural(have),as mentioned in the sentence
No pronoun errors
No tense errors
In order to present examples we must us such as. Like cannot present examples
parallelism:
The expenditure focuses on 2 things:
1.Immunizing humans or Obliterating the carriers.
POE:
A- statement A is wrong as it uses Like to present examples. two things are not Parallel. It should be the immunization and the obilerating of (noun is parallel to verb-ing of NOun)
B- Staement B is incorrect for the usage of like
C-Voids parallelism
D:Voids Parallelism
E: Correct Answer.
Introduces examples by using such as.
