it can be concluded that none of the employees of the quality control department has a service vehicle provided by the company
We are looking for an assumption that given the first fact leads us to the conclusion. It is something common to all the QCD employees.
My take is A.
(A)No employee who lives within ten miles of the company’s campus has a service vehicle.
Knowing that all QCD live within 10 miles, none of those will have a vehicle.
