The company has narrowed its candidate search and plans to interview all remaining candidates including 7 persons for the position of sales manager, 4 persons for the position of shipping clerk, and 10 persons for the position of receptionist. How many different hirings of these three people are possible?
A) 7 + 4 + 10
B) 7 × 4 × 10
C) 21 × 20 × 19
D) 7! + 4! + 10!
