180+9+10=199
1+2=7,
1+2=3, 7-3=4,
4=4x1 (1) / 3+4=31, 3+4=7,
31-7=24,
24=4x6 (6) / 5+6=71, 5+6=11,
71-11=60,
60=4x15, (15) / 7+8=127,
7+8=15,
127-15=112, 112=4x28 (28) ,
so, 6-1=5, 15-6=9, 28-15=13, (so 9-5=4, 13-9=4,) so, 9+10=19,
then if answer is x, so x-19=180 i.e(45x4), so, x=199
