Doubt while Analyzing ESR

Question

The new ESR lists weaknesses by skills. 
My performance in each section type in Verbal is as mentioned in the pic . Please let me know what the individual skills such as Construction/Plan mean . I am especially interested in knowing about skills Construction/Plan , Communication and Identity stated idea. Does identify stated idea mean only detail questions or even gloabl questions such as primary purpose and tone are included in it . Badically , I want to know my weak areas so that I can improve in my next attempt.

Hi Talayva,
The ESR is very general in nature, and thus it is not a great tool to learn from. Nonetheless, it can help you answer some basic questions such as:
In which topics my performance was far better than others, and which require an in-depth revision? This is mostly important if you only have very short time to prepare for your next test, and would like to focus on just a few specific topics.
Are there certain specific areas in which I’m wasting too much time, and if so - in which other areas should I use extra time? For example, if Reading Comprehension takes you too long, but a few extra minutes would give you a lot more additional correct answers on Critical Reasoning, your test strategy should be to skip some RC questions in order to gain more CR correct answers.
Which kind of skills should I improve? Note that the ESR gives you quite vague understanding of what these skills are, but an extremely low performance on grammar-oriented questions or in CR inferring-an-idea questions is a great indicator of where you should start your preparation.

In order to give you more personal advice, I would need to go over your full ESR and have a better understanding of who you are:
How many times have you taken the GMAT? I see you previously got 750. Was this your first exam?
How much time do you have to prepare for your next test?
Are you a native English speaker or not?

Hi  Talayva ,
I am in a very tough spot and would really appreciate if you can help.

I gave the GMAT yday and got a dismal 700-Q50V35 (Gmat EP2 scores: 740 & 760 with V31 & V43 resp).
My ESR reads a lot like yours with 80% and 33% performance in CR skills ANALYSIS/CRITIQUE and CONSTRUCTION/PLAN
 resp. This lead to a sectional percentile in CR, RC & SC of 27, 83 & 81.

I didn't really prepare for CR as I felt like I was doing well in the section. None of the mocks pointed to any specific issue in CR as well. So I am not able to understand what "CONSTRUCTION/PLAN" means in terms of question types.
Can you please help me out with what exactly is meant by this skill, what question come under it and what helped you improve in it?
I am planning to re-take the exam in next 20 days (provided I am able to improve, of course).
