I request you to evaluate my profile for programs US B-schools (ranked between 5-15), Rotman and ISB.
GMAT: 730 (Q50,V38) IR-5, AWA-6
Academics: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from an NIT in India (GPA- 8.15/10)
Work Experience: I have recently completed 3 years. I was recruited by a fortune 50 company, which is a leader in most of the products in its portfolio, for its leadership development program. Have worked in manufacturing operations (vendor development) and procurement roles. Currently providing strategic sourcing consulting to internal process partners. Have first hand experience of a New Product Introduction.
Post MBA goals: Strategic consulting in the domain of operations and supply chain or roles based purely in operations and supply chain.
Volunteering: Was the co-founder of my city's chapter of an NGO. Worked for about 10 months, had to give up because of demanding work hours. Recently started volunteering for another NGO. Have volunteered through CSR channels of my company as well.
Hobbies: Photography (Am a selected and active GettyImages.com contributor and have won a few competitions at college level)
On retaking GMAT:I am a little concerned about my IR scores. Also, if I retake the GMAT, I am sure that I will not be able to score more than 750-760 and that I will not be able to retake it before mid-August (and I will have to write TOEFL as well after that). Should I retake the GMAT in such a scenario to improve my prospects for the schools that I've mentioned?
Also, could you please mention a few programs that will be a good fit for me?

Great to hear from you!
Okay first things first:
Do NOT retake that GMAT! You have an awesome score! Retaking would be a colossal waste of time, time that you could invest into making awesome applications and applying NOW!
Honest truth is nobody cares about the IR. Sure it would be nice if it were higher, but it's fine like this.
Your school + GPA + GMAT makes me think that overall 5-15 should be a reasonable goal for you. The thing is I feel like I know not nearly enough about your work experience and about who you are as a person, all of which is, as you can imagine, very vital for your application

Where do you work? What do you do? How quickly have you advanced? Do you have any leadership? What are your great achievements?
