I am a 26-year-old female software developer from Pune, India. I have a work experience of 4.8 years with such companies as Infosys Ltd. and Technia, having worked as a corporate trainer and then as a PLM Consultant with major clients like Honeywell Turbo Ltd., LAM Inc, Harley Davidson, Jula, Fjallraven, etc.
I have taken the GMAT on 4th January 2020 and have scored 720 (Q48, V41, IR6, AWA5.5). Apart from that, I have secured a grade A in Business English Certificate Exam (Vantage) by University of Cambridge and have consistently maintained good grades in my academics -7.8 CGPA (on a scale of 10) in B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering.
I have also attained internationally accredited certifications in Nutrition and Weight Loss. Have consulted 25 clients (as a freelancer) and have helped them with their goals such as reducing weight, reducing post-partum fat and depression, increasing muscular strength, battling with lifestyle disorders such as PCOD, Diabetes, etc.
Achievements: Have been awarded the best orator and best debater awards at several State and National Level Contests. Have received 3 promotions with 1 organization switch in my overall 4.8 years of professional experience.
Community Service: Have volunteered at an NGO for 1 year to teach underprivileged children. Volunteered and Participated in the Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme by AICTE (26th-28th September 2012). Volunteered and Participated in Microsoft DreamSpark Yatra (21st March 2012). Volunteered in the organizing team for the 13th International Conference for Information Technology (22nd – 24th December 2014)
My post-MBA career goal will be to take up a client-facing job as a Brand Manager or a Product Manager in a top firm as I believe that my strategic decision-making ability and good client-handling skills will add value to the company. I wish to work my way up the company ladder and become a partner in the firm, and I strongly believe that an MBA course offered by an esteemed University will provide the essential skill set to help me grow in the industry.
Schools that I prefer applying to (Please provide feedback on whether my chances of getting a call in these are above average or average or below avg)

(I had dropped emails to Oxford and LBS and both of them have replied positively, encouraging me to apply).

Based on the details that you shared with us on your academic background and work experience, I'd say you'll be a competitive candidate at virtually all of the schools that you listed. The most important challenges that you can tackle now to stand out among the applicant pool are:
(1) Really focusing how you frame and portray your personal and professional trajectory to-date. You have some very intriguing "threads" in your story (the volunteer work, the freelance nutrition work, your debate experience), but you want to demonstrate your ability to work consistently towards a focused goal -- you don't want to appear scattered, distracted, or unfocused. Is there a common theme or set of principles that stitch together everything that you've pursued? Are there common lessons that you've drawn from these disparate experiences that will help you achieve your post-MBA goals (both short- and long-term)?
(2) Providing more justification for why you want to pursue brand or product management post-MBA (those two types of roles are quite different, by the way, so you may want to do more research and home in on one of the two), and why you think you'll be great at it. Both brand and product management are pretty far removed from what you've done so far in your career, so you'll need to convince the admissions committee that that would be a logical career switch for you.
Both of the above will come through in your essays primarily. The good news is that you have 100% control over your essays, and if you begin working on them sooner than later, you have plenty of time to develop multiple drafts before your applications will be due in Round 1 or Round 2. Starting early is one of the best advantages that you can give yourself, so you should feel great about that!
