I have got admission offer for full time MBA from two schools: Mays Business School (Texas A&M University), USA and Trinity Business School, Ireland. I am little confused between two. Can someone guide me which school to use on the basis of Quality of education, Job opportunities after MBA, opportunities to get PR?

Congratulations on your acceptances! That's great that you have two strong choices to pick from.
Both programs have a solid reputation and a good resource base (in terms of funding, faculty, facilities, etc.), so you really can't go wrong with either choice. The main factor I'd encourage you to consider is geography, both as it relates to the kind of MBA experience you want to have and to the post-MBA job prospects that you're seeking. If your goal is to work in the US post-MBA, the clear choice is Mays. Texas A&M is a well-recognized institution around the country, and recruitment opportunities are especially strong in Texas and the western US. Trinity, on the other hand, is not well-known in the US, and some US employers are less familiar with the 1-year MBA format. If your goal is to work in Europe post-MBA, then the reverse is true, and Trinity would be a better choice.
In terms of your actual MBA experience, have you visited both campuses? Their settings are extremely different, with Texas A&M being a sprawling campus in the middle of wide-open land in Texas and Trinity being a more intimate campus in the center of an old European city. You should also ask yourself whether you want to devote 2 years to your MBA (which can be a boon for students who may want to switch careers and need more time to do so) versus 1 year (which can save time and money for students who want to return to a similar field post-MBA and wish to minimize debt and lost income).
Those are the main questions I would ask yourself, but again, both are great options! Best of luck!
