Is there a reason Amazon or Microsoft would hire you compared to another Johnson or Tepper applicant?
While Amazon may not be hiring exclusively from top 20 anymore, or top 10 per say, All they said is that they will evaluate other folks but it doesn’t mean they will actually hire them

Also, there is quite a variety of p.m. rolls with an Amazon. You can be in procurement, vendor management, or listing management, and such other non sexy roles. At the same time they will always be stiff competition for the AWS and Alexa or similarly high visibility roles that do with innovation. They’re not going to hire a guy from Babson into those rolls but they will evaluate a wider range of applicants.
